Denissov: Brand Information
Updated 1 November 2014 by Editor, RussianWatchGuide.com

denissov nautilus Denissov manufactures collection-type watches, starting at a price of about $500. All Denissov watches are limited edition watches with individual serial numbers.

Some Denissov watches use quartz movements from Swiss manufacturer ETA. Others use mechanical movements made by Maktime in Russia.

Denissov watches conform to the European quality standards.

The slogan of the company is "Mekhanika Vremeni" (Time Mechanics).

History

Dennisov was founded in 1951 by Vladimir A. Denissov, a former chief designer at the Moscow Watch Factory. During his tenure, he created the first Russian quartz movement and helped develop the 3133 chronograph movement before leaving the company to start his own private label.

Today, the company is still a family-owned business, managed by the founder’s son Ilya V. Denissov.

Where to Buy

The best place to buy a Denissov watch is from an official, authorized retailer. See Where to Buy a Russian Watch and Best Prices, Deals & Special Offers.
